My Zumba Fitness classes are for Ladies 16 and up (or almost 16 is ok). Please provide care for your younger kids at home while you are at Zumba Class.

That one hour is for "you" and it's important to carve that time out for yourself! Child care is not provided at any of the locations where I Instruct.

Meet Amy Baker:

I have taught 4th grade at the Paw Paw Later Elementary School for 14 years. I started dancing when I was 3 years old. In 7th grade I started teaching ballet, tap and Jazz to pre-school aged students. I enjoyed competitive dance. Dance continued to be my passion into College. I started a minor in dance at WMU.

Not all was good though…I slumped into a low spot a couple of years ago and gained over 65 pounds. I started Zumba Fitness in March 2010. Size 12, almost 200 pounds; Bootie shakin’ was difficult with so much added weight, but I stuck with it.

The Latin music was mesmerizing and it brought me back to my roots. I now wear a size 3/4 and have lost 65 pounds. It has stayed off! Zumba Fitness is the ONLY program that delivered results and I will only advertise something that works. No more yo-yoing. I actually gave the bigger clothes away. I did NOT have to save them for “just-in-case” I gained the weight back.

You do NOT need to know how to dance.

You do NOT have to...
1. get in shape
2. lose weight
3. memorize all the dance steps
4. fit into a Zumba outfit BEFORE joining my Zumba Fitness Class.
